Courses are designed and instructed by world-renowned tea experts. They are targeted to tea lovers and professionals of all levels and are also ideal for staff training. The ITCC Intl. Tea Training Center is located in the Riviera Maya, Mexico with a rich local history and culture as well as abundant flora and fauna. Recreational activities in the local area are included in select courses and are wonderful opportunities for adventure and experiences in the native environment. Flexibility for change is a valuable quality, as international travel can occasionally be unpredictable. Participants should be able to handle cultural differences with grace and respect and conduct themselves as visiting guests. Participants should be in appropriate physical and mental condition.
Course tuition is listed under each specific program. Price is per person based on double occupancy and ten or more tour members. Single rooms and other accommodations may be available for an additional charge.
Tuition includes all course materials and supplies, transportation to and from all scheduled activities, all meals, entrance and enrollment fees and, guides for scheduled activities.
Tour cost does not include international airfare, passport and visa fees, guide and driver gratuities, overweight baggage fees, international airport taxes, charges due to cancellation or reticketing, or personal expenses.
Deposit of 50% per person is required to reserve your space in the course To optimize the unique opportunities, group size is limited at the organizers discretion to 10 people. Deposits are refundable, less a $250 per person cancellation fee, until 75 days prior to course date. After that date, refunds can only be made if the course is full and your place can be resold. Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the course date.
International Tea Cuppers Club, instructors and any of its agents or associates can assume no liability for illness, injury, damage, loss or expense. Course members are advised to obtain their own travel insurance. All participants must sign the Reservation Form before beginning a course. The right is reserved to cancel a course prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded with no further obligation. Additionally, the right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the course. This agreement is made in the state of Illinois and shall be adjudicated solely under the laws of that state. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tuition.
